This is a rare opportunity to buy a professionally built Triumph pre-unit Rickman 8 valve, 
all alley engine (700cc) complete with 2 x 34mm, mk2 Amal carbs, Triumph pre-unit gearbox 
with 5 speed cluster, spare Rickman alley barrels for 800cc with pistons, compression plate 
to lower compression ratio (if you should so wish), Lucas Rita electronic ignition system 
and coils in place of magneto, complete exhaust system, electronic rev counter kit and spare 
gearbox sprocket and kick-starter ratchet. Also comes with paperwork & instructions on the 
Rickman 8 valve, Lucas Rita ignition and rev counter set-up. I am listing this for an old 
Triumph enthusiast who through ill health will not be building the bike this was intended 
for. It is possible for you to speak to the person who built the engine if you would like 
more technical information about it. But the information I have been given is it has been 
built with all new bearings etc, strengthened on the drive side, with a one-piece Triumph 
crankshaft and E3134 camshafts. I think it’s very sad I wont see this engine in the project 
bike, as I know it would be something very special. You know how much these items are to buy
